Teething time for Tombo

Mummy found Tom's first teeth today. His two lower middle teeth have made an appearance.

Bumbos - the new seats have arrived

The babes have started their IT training. They entered the following on their first attempt.

They are getting bigger...

Tom is now 9lbs 9ozs and Sadie is 7lbs 14ozs.

At last, they are here!

Visiting our mummy!

They aren't big enough yet to stay in the same room as Sue. This is the moment when they are getting ready to visit mummy for the first time.

We went for a scan in the morning...

... and were parents by the end of the day.

We are very proud to introduce our children, Sadie Jaye and Thomas. Sadie was born at 19:48 followed one minute later by Tom on Thursday 13th July 2006. Both weighed 3lbs 13ozs. I am happy to report that Sue and babies are doing well.

"Hey, Tom, what do you think of this hat?"


"Let me have a think about it while I sleep Sadie and I'll tell you in the morning!"

32 week scan - update

Here he is, little Tom at 32 weeks.



and here is a nice one of little Sadie looking out of the screen. Take a look at the picture below if you can't see her at first. It took us a little while at first.

36 week count down

The consultant has changed his mind, we will meet the twins one week earlier than expected.

So, we are now looking at a 36 week countdown. We see him again in 2 weeks time (c 33 weeks). The excitment is starting to mount!

37 week count down

The 1st August will be 37 weeks. We will be very happy if the twins decide to wait until August before we meet them. The consultant wants them to wait until the 37 week point, any more and they will start to run out of space. Steve is happy that there is a date to watch.

32 week scan - count down

28 week scan - update

Sadie has caught up with Tom on the abdoment growth chart :D

All is looking well on the scans. Tom has decided to move, so they are now heads-to-toes with Sadie still on the bottom.

The sonographer was too busy to even think we might want a few snaps. Tom moved at the last moment.
